Nope! If you’re purchasing a Squarespace template on its own (without the One Week Website service), you can go straight through the shop checkout — no form needed. If you're interested in adding the One Week Website service to your template, then go ahead and fill out the form so we can learn more about your project.

Our hourly rate varies by several factors, but it is generally $150 an hour. We typically prefer packaged and project rates, but sometimes hourly rates are the best fit.
