1. Digital Product – All templates sold in our shop are digital products; no physical items will be shipped. You will receive access upon payment.

2. Non-Refundable – All sales are final; we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is made. Please review the product details before purchasing.

3. License & Usage – Your purchase grants you one (1) non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the template for one website only. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.

4. Template Access & Support – Upon purchase, you receive access to the template and installation instructions. We offer [X] months of priority email support for setup and customization within the template’s scope.

5. Squarespace Subscription Required – Our templates are designed for use exclusively on Squarespace and require an active Squarespace subscription. The purchase does not include a Squarespace plan or third-party tools.

6. Modifications & Customization – You are free to customize your template to fit your brand. We are not responsible for any errors arising from modifications made outside the original template structure.

7. Intellectual Property – All templates, designs, and related materials remain the property of Sun Branch, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.
