  • The One Week Website is perfect if your content and visuals are (mostly) ready and you want a fast, beautifully personalized site using one of my professionally designed Squarespace templates.

    If you need something fully custom—strategy, structure, or special features—the Bespoke Website is the better fit.

  • It’s more than a restyle. We’ll integrate your copy, images, and brand elements into a professionally designed template, refining the layout and details so it feels like your own. It’s quick, strategic, and stress-free.

  • For the One Week Website, your copy, images, and brand files need to be finalized before your scheduled build week.

    For Bespoke projects, we can help refine your content as part of the process. Either way, we’ll guide you through every step with clear prep checklists and resources.

  • Professional photos can make a big impact, but they’re not required. If you don’t have custom photography, we can help curate on-brand stock images that fit your visual style.*

    When it comes to copy, you’re welcome to write it yourself — we’ll provide prompts and structure to guide you, and we’re happy to help refine and shape your content along the way.

    *Please note: The cost of premium stock images, icons, or illustrations is not included in our service fees. We’ll typically ask clients to purchase any stock assets directly so you retain the license.

  • We primarily build on Squarespace because it’s beautiful, intuitive, and easy for our clients to maintain on their own.

    We also offer WordPress for projects that require more complex functionality, custom integrations, or a higher level of ownership and control over your website.

    If you’re unsure which platform is the best fit for your project, reach out and we’ll help you make the right decision.

  • Absolutely. Every site we build is fully responsive and includes SEO-friendly page structure, metadata, image alt text, and fast load times.

  • For Bespoke Website clients, we include a personalized training call where we walk you (or your team) through how to make updates confidently and keep things running smoothly.

    For One Week Website clients, formal training isn’t included at this time. Squarespace evolves frequently, and we’ve found that static tutorials can quickly become outdated. That said, our templates are thoughtfully built to be intuitive, and we’re always happy to point you toward current resources or offer support at our hourly rate if you need a hand.

  • Once your content is finalized, here’s what you can generally expect:

    One Week Website – 5 business days from your scheduled start date

    Bespoke Website – Typically 4–6 weeks, depending on scope, feedback, and responsiveness

    WordPress Website – Usually 6–8 weeks, based on complexity and custom needs

  • Once you choose your service, we’ll send over a proposal, contract, and invoice through our client portal.

    Bespoke Websites: 70% is due upfront to reserve your spot, and the remaining 30% is due before launch.

    One Week Websites: Payment is due in full upfront at the time of booking.

    Templates (without services): If you're purchasing a template without the One Week Website add-on, payment is collected through our online shop using standard checkout options.

    We accept ACH eChecks for services via our CRM (Dubsado), where you’ll be able to view your contract, invoices, and project materials all in one place.
