Aim High Academy
Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Aim High Academy offers gymnastics and ninja classes for kids of all ages—blending high-quality instruction with donor-funded scholarships that help remove financial barriers for families in need.
Their website needed to communicate both sides of that story: a thriving, tuition-based program and a compassionate mission to remove obstacles for those who need extra support. It also had to serve multiple audiences—parents, coaches, staff, and donors—while being easy for their team to manage and update in-house.

About the project—

What they needed:
Aim High’s previous website couldn’t keep up with the scope of their programs—or the range of people they serve. At the same time, the site needed to highlight their nonprofit mission in a way that was clear and compelling, without evoking pity or diminishing the energy and excellence they bring to every class.
What we did:
We created a vibrant, easy-to-navigate site that balances professionalism, purpose, and fun. Class offerings are now front and center for families, while donors are welcomed into the story through transparent, hopeful messaging. Custom photoshoots brought real students and staff to the forefront, and we equipped their admin team with hands-on training so they can confidently manage updates without tech stress.
The new site captures everything Aim High is about—joy, movement, excellence, and access. It’s not just easy to use—it’s helping their team do what they do best: serve families, build skills, and inspire confidence in kids who might not otherwise get the chance.

Dream Meet Logo Design
Each year, Aim High hosts the Dream Meet, a gymnastics event held in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., celebrating excellence, diversity, and the opportunity for every child to rise. We were honored to design the official event logo—a vibrant, energetic mark that reflects the heart of the Dream Meet mission.
The final logo was crafted to complement Aim High’s existing brand while standing out as a signature piece across web and print materials. It was designed with a streamlined, budget-friendly process that allowed for a quick turnaround without compromising on visual impact.
