Family Hope House
Family Hope House is a nonprofit that provides therapy, education, and advocacy for foster, guardianship, and adoptive families. As their organization grew in both size and impact, they needed a new brand and website that would reflect the warmth, professionalism, and deep expertise behind their work.
We created a full custom brand suite and a highly functional Squarespace website designed to grow alongside them. The result? A cohesive digital presence that feels both playful and grounded—making it easier for families to find support and professionals to engage with their work.

About the project—
A brand and site as multidimensional as their work
What They needed:
Family Hope House had outgrown their original brand and website. Their online presence no longer reflected the skilled professionals behind the scenes—or the supportive, hopeful environment they create for families. Their previous site wasn’t mobile-responsive, was difficult to update, and didn’t speak clearly to their diverse audiences: clients, clinicians, professionals-in-training, and donors.
They also needed more than a brochure site. Their team wanted a staff directory that supported professional visibility, the ability to communicate events and training opportunities, and a custom searchable map for finding adoption-competent clinicians across the region.
What we did:
We began with a full rebrand, creating a cohesive visual identity system that blends credibility and warmth. From the brand guideline document to curated photography direction, every element was designed to support consistency and clarity.
The website was built from the ground up to serve multiple audiences. We developed a custom filterable map for locating TAC-trained clinicians so families could see clinicians’ location, insurance type, and specialty. We also created individual staff bio pages that professionals can share within their networks—each designed to foster connection and reflect the humanity behind the credentials.
With scalable structure, thoughtful UX, and a content system their team can manage independently, this site is ready to grow with them.

Custom Interactive Map
Finding adoption-competent mental health providers can be challenging. Family Hope House wanted a resource that made the search easier, clearer, and more approachable. We created a custom interactive map that allows users to search visually and access detailed information about each provider—like their DHS region, office type, accepted finances, affiliated organization, and clinical specialty.

We designed a staff directory that presents their team clearly and cohesively, while also allowing each clinician to have a shareable individual bio page.
